The Windows 95/98/ME seems to be no longer supported. A single QIC file contains a collection of files, much like a ZIP file. A.qic file is a backup file written in QIC-113 format.
The files have the extension.qic and Windows XP does not recognize the file. They were created in Windows 98 (MS BACKUP, I believe).
